Event: TNMC @ Alabama Art Kitchen

Friday, March 2, 2012, 7:00 PM

TNMC is thrilled to present its second concert of the 2011-2012 season, to take place in the Alabama Art Kitchen on University Boulevard. TNMC’s inaugural event in November 2011 was a popular and critical success, and we hope to build on that.

The program will consist of three acts:

I. Premieres of composed music by TNMC members Peter Sloan and Colin Brogan, along with an experimental photography show by Leslie Brogan, and special guest Craig Hultgren on Cello.

II. Improvisational pieces by TNMC members Peter Sloan, Colin Brogan, Jack Thomason, and Eric Scott, with special guest Davey Williams.

III. A brief (but engaging!) panel discussion with the composers and improvisors, moderated by TNMC member Joe Parmer, followed by Q&A with the audience.

Alabama Art Kitchen asks for a donation of $5-$10-$whatever you can muster. Please be as generous as you are able.

This will be a rewarding night of interesting art music, thoughtful conversation, and great friends. We hope you can join us!
